INDEPENDENT PROMOTION CHECKLIST

How to read a 1XROLL promotion before you claim it

The figures on this page were copied from the platform’s promotion panel on the date shown. They are a starting point, not a promise: the same campaign can display different conditions to a different account, and any campaign can end. Use the checks below to work out what a reward is actually worth in your own account before you deposit.

  1. The reward ratio is not the amount you receive

A 200% reward means the platform multiplies a qualifying deposit by two, but the ratio alone never decides the value. The maximum reward, the minimum deposit, the eligible game categories and the release method all cap the real amount. A high ratio with a low maximum reward can pay less than a smaller ratio with a higher cap, so read the whole row before comparing two campaigns.

  2. Turnover decides when a reward becomes withdrawable

A turnover or wagering requirement is the amount you must bet before bonus funds can leave the account. A 1x requirement on a 100 USDT reward means 100 USDT of qualifying bets. Voided bets, cancelled rounds, cash-outs and draws are usually excluded, and different game categories can contribute at different rates. Confirm which categories count before you plan turnover, because unqualified betting can leave a reward permanently locked.

  3. Check which wallet receives the reward

Rewards on this platform can land in the main balance or in a separate bonus wallet, and some campaigns credit a virtual container that must be opened before funds move. Where the reward lands changes how you withdraw it: a bonus wallet usually needs a claim step in the platform Rewards Centre first, while unclaimed balances can expire without notice.

  4. Claim windows, periods and expiry

Every campaign here shows a period, and daily or weekly rewards normally must be claimed inside that window. If a reward is not claimed before the next distribution, it usually lapses. Treat the displayed period as the outer limit and the claim window as the practical one, the two are not always the same length.

  5. Eligibility and account checks come before payment

Eligibility is confirmed against your account, not against the promotion page. One account per person, a verified Malaysian mobile number, matching identity documents and an undisputed deposit history are the usual prerequisites. Withdrawal of any reward can pause for identity verification, so complete verification before claiming rather than after, and enter a referral code only at registration, since attribution cannot be rewritten later.

  6. What we verify, and what we cannot

This independent guide records the interfaces, terms and reward tables the platform displayed, with the date each was checked. We do not deposit, wager or complete a withdrawal, so processing times, account-specific limits and the final outcome of a claim remain unverified here. Treat every figure as a dated observation and confirm your own terms inside your account.

Six reasons a reward claim gets refused

Refusals are usually mechanical rather than personal. These are the causes readers report most often and the ones a support agent can actually explain:

  • The deposit did not reach the minimum amount or used an excluded payment method.
  • Qualifying bets were placed on games the campaign excludes from turnover.
  • A second account, a shared device or a shared payment method triggered a duplicate check.
  • The reward was not claimed inside the claim window after it was credited.
  • A deposit, withdrawal or chargeback was still disputed when eligibility was assessed.
  • Turnover was met using opposing bets on the same outcome, which most operators void.

Questions that apply to any platform, not just this one

Run the same questions against any operator before you accept a bonus, so you are comparing like with like:

  • What is the maximum reward, and is it credited in one step or in stages?
  • What exactly counts as a qualifying bet, and which categories are excluded?
  • Does the reward expire, and is the expiry a fixed date or a window after crediting?
  • Can the reward be withdrawn on its own, or only alongside a deposit?
  • Which wallet holds the reward, and what moves it to a withdrawable balance?
  • Which licence and complaint route does the operator publish, and can you verify it?

Cross-check the terms. Our dated evidence review shows the interfaces and promotion wording we observed, the editorial policy explains how affiliate links are labelled, and the responsible-gaming page covers limits and self-exclusion. If any figure here disagrees with what your account displays, the platform’s current terms apply.
